Quality Certifications

Plexus Scientific's corporate culture is based upon rigorous quality control measures to support our client processes. Our Quality Control Program assures that products are not only of high quality but also satisfy or exceed contractual requirements. Key features of our Quality Control Program are a process of internal standards and quality checks, senior level oversight, peer review, and customer satisfaction.

 

Plexus Scientific's QA/QC Program is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring that clients will benefit from internal processes that are documented, learned, consistently reviewed for improvement, and consistent with quality assurance best practices established by the International Standards Organization. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification remains valid until December 15, 2019.

 

Our software development organization is CMMI Level 3 certified. The goal of our QA/QC Program is to encompass and implement the best practices of each of these certification authorities throughout all phases of the project development life cycle. Plexus was re-appraised for CMMI Level 3 in February 2018 and will remain certified until February 9, 2021.

 

Plexus Scientific's Quality Manual establishes policies and procedures to ensure the quality of all activities conducted by the company. A Quality Control Plan is designed for each project to ensure that required standards are being achieved throughout all on-site and off-site operations, including any work done by subcontractors and materials provided by suppliers for the project.

 

Our Project Quality Control Plan helps with the early identification of deficiencies and/or non-conformities, promotes problem resolution, guides change management, and provides data, reports, and project deliverables that are accurate, reliable, and acceptable for their intended purpose. The Quality Control Plan identifies the organization and resources necessary to produce an end product that complies with contract requirements. The system was designed based to satisfy the following key goals:
 

  • Provide the highest quality services to the client

  • Continually evaluate the quality of Plexus Scientific's products, services, and processes to find every opportunity for improvement

  • Maintain auditable verification that the Quality Control Plan has been implemented and a quality product has been produced

 

We view the client as an important participant in our quality program. At the completion of every task, we encourage our clients to complete an evaluation form that provides invaluable feedback to Plexus Scientific on the strengths and weaknesses of our quality program.
