George Carellas
Mr. Carellas directs the Sustainability and strategic planning consulting services of Plexus Scientific Corporation. Prior to joining the private sector, he served as the DoD/Army Regional Environmental Coordinator for the Southeast. He also served as the Assistant for Sustainability for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health). Mr. Carellas chaired the Army Environmental Legislative Committee, whose focus was strong public involvement efforts, and advised the Secretariat on NEPA. He represented the Secretariat to gain input from federal, state, and local agencies; non-governmental agencies; and the general public. He began his Army career in the Directorate of Logistics at Ft. McPherson before moving to HQs Forces Command (FORSCOM), where he conducted industrial engineering functions, manpower staffing studies, operational analysis, BRAC, and contracting. As Division Chief in the FORSCOM Engineer, he was responsible for facilities engineering, resource management, and other functions at more than 20 installations. He also served as the FORSCOM Environmental Chief.

Tom Warren
Mr. Warren has 37 years of professional experience at the state and federal levels involving resource stewardship of the public trust associated with facilities, environmental, natural and cultural resource management. His breadth of program experience includes direction and implementation of sustainability, wildland fire management, law enforcement, Integrated Training Area Management, facilities management, public engagement, partnership with other agencies/activities and Army Compatible Use Buffer Program. Previously, he served as the Deputy and Director of the Directorate of Engineering and Housing; Director, Directorate of Environmental Compliance and Management; and Deputy Garrison Commander, Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site at Fort Carson, Colorado. Mr. Warren is a Certified Professional Wildlife Biologist and has served in leadership positions on numerous professional, conservation and civic focused nongovernmental organizations. Additionally, he has been recognized by numerous activities and organizations for his development of effective interagency partnerships, mission performance, and leadership of management programs, which were identified as "models to implement " during his tenure.
Adriane Miller
Ms. Miller is a Senior Management Consultant with Plexus LI. She has more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications and outreach, project management, and sustainability consulting. She has worked closely with state legislators and regulators and high-level state and Federal environmental policymakers to design and execute programs that impact communities and clients. Most recently, Ms. Miller formulated sustainability policy, strategy, and communications plans with the Army National Guard; developed sustainability training, and facilitated sustainability planning workshops for National Guard leaders at Federal and state levels. Other areas of expertise include partnership development to leverage limited resources and accomplish shared sustainability goals; meeting planning; team-building, community involvement and risk communications.

Nora Chiong
Ms. Chiong is a Certified Government Meeting Professional and a Professional Facilitator with more than 13 years of experience in coordinating and facilitating conferences and Tier I/II partnering workshops nationwide. Her areas of expertise include coordinating workshops, organizing conferences, and facilitating inter-agency partnering between environmental regulators and Federal agencies. She has extensive experience in team building, group process development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement methods and systems. She is currently a Program Manager for Plexus LI.
