Plexus Receives Army National Guard Bureau VPP Contract
Plexus received a contract from Concurrent Technologies Corporation for OSHA Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) Support for the Army National Guard Bureau. Plexus will support ARNG's efforts to conduct an evaluation of all states and implement OSHA VPP elements. This is part of the DoD-wide VPP implementation effort to reduce civilian mishaps and injuries at military installations.
Plexus Continues PPM Support at HHS
The Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources (HHS/ASFR) awarded Plexus additional funding for the continued implementation and support of our Program Performance Manager (PPM) software that assists all of the HHS agencies in the collection and consolidation of program performance data, and the generation of GPRA reports.
Plexus Receives New Funding for PPM Support at NIH
Plexus received additional funding from The National Institutes of Health for the continued development, maintenance, and support of Program Performance Manager (PPM). This is for the continuation of work that began with a small pilot project in January of 2004, and is now an online production system.
Plexus Supports Fort Bragg Sustainability Program
Plexus was awarded a one-year extension to our task order with the U. S. Army to provide technical support to the Fort Bragg Sustainability Program. The work will involve implementing and integrating sustainability objectives, goals, and principles into every aspect of Fort Bragg operations.
Plexus Continues PPM Support at NIH
The National Institutes of Health awarded Plexus a new five-year contract. Under this contract, we will continue to support the PPM application at NIH that has been in production for five years.
Plexus Wins DHS Website Work
Plexus received a one year contract, with the potential for four option years. Two Plexus employees are working at the client site providing support to the Department of Homeland Security web site-providing ColdFusion development services and research and expertise to responder community personnel who have questions about vendor equipment.
Plexus to Provide Environmental Impact Statement for Fort Lewis
The ARCADIS-Plexus team was selected to complete the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Fort Lewis, Washington. This accelerated National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process is to be completed within one year. This is the second ARCADIS-Plexus team win, following the team's win of the EIS at Fort Bliss, Texas to provide similar support.
Under our IRS BPA contract, Plexus received Task Order 18 (Translation of Interactive DVD Content to Four Languages).

Plexus Helps Pratt & Whitney Move Toward VPP Recognition
Plexus received a purchase order from Pratt & Whitney in Connecticut to conduct an assessment of its Safety and Health Management System to help the organization in its efforts to achieve OSHA Voluntary Protection Programs recognition.
Plexus LI Awarded Task Order
In addition to the task order Plexus LI received in August to support the Army's Fort Bragg sustainability program, PLI was awarded a task order to provide technical assistance to Fort Bragg in the preparation of NEPA documentation and additional studies for four projects.
Plexus received a contract from the Joint Contracting Command for 300 Expray kits that will be used by our troops stationed in Iraq.
PLI will support Fort Bragg's Sustainability Program
In early August, Plexus Logistics International, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plexus Scientific Corporation, was awarded a one-year, $1.3 million task order (with a potential four additional option years) with the U. S. Army to provide technical support to the Fort Bragg Sustainability Program. The work will involve implementing and integrating sustainability objectives, goals, and principles into every aspect of Fort Bragg operations. The installation has served as the blueprint for the Army Strategy for the Environment, setting the benchmark for the Army's sustainability values.
Plexus Contracted to Continue Hosting & Development of First Responder Training.gov
Plexus won a two-year contract valued at $7,273,989 to continue the hosting and development of the First Responder Training.gov System and the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Toolkit System. The base-year period of performance is fully funded for $3,635,929.96 through the end of August 2009, and is the largest one-year contract award in the history of Plexus.
DHS Awards Plexus LOE Contract
Plexus was awarded $1.1 million supplemental funding for PPM program and features development at the Department of Homeland Security. Known as an increased “level of effort" or LOE contract, this contract recognizes the substantially larger workload required to complete the basic modules in support of infrastructure protection. These additions include budget tracking, procurement tracking, human capitol improvements, risk management oversight, and an automated Mission Needs Statement capability.
Plexus and HandySoft Team-up for the Department of Homeland Security
Plexus and our teaming partner, HandySoft Global Corporation, have won a one year firm-fixed-price contract with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Infrastructure Protection to provide a single, comprehensive software and training solution to help the agency address its correspondence and tasking management challenges. We will integrate our Program Performance Manager (PPM) software with the capabilities of HandySoft, an industry leader in business process modeling and organization automation, to provide BizFlow®, a robust Business Process Management platform solution.

IRS's Media Publications Chooses Plexus for Lifecycle Production
Support
Plexus won a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide
services to the IRS’s Media and Publications (M&P)
group. This is a one-year contract with four option years and
an award value of up to $5 million per year. This award
allows us to continue providing lifecycle production support to the
M&P, which we have been doing for the last seven years.

Safety Consulting Services provided to Entergy Nuclear
Operations, Inc.
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. has contracted with Plexus to
provide safety consulting services at its Vermont Yankee Nuclear
Power Plant. The Safety Professionals at Plexus are working
to help prepare for the site’s VPP reassessment, scheduled
for late April.
EXPRAY & DropEx Kits
EXPRAY and DropEx kits continue to be shipped to our troops.
Each shipment is well received by the soldiers overseas. The field
test kits are designed to detect and identify trace levels of
explosives and explosive residues. They are widely used in areas of
conflict to rapidly screen individuals, items, and vehicles prior
to permitting site access and for separating suspects for further
questioning. The EXPRAY product line has proven to be highly
valuable in keeping our troops safe by detecting suspicious
situations and stopping the distribution of improvised explosive
devices.
Plexus Wins Multi-Million
Contract at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD
The Army Contracting Agency,
acting on behalf of the Army Environmental Command, has just
awarded Plexus an $8.4 million performance-based contract to
conduct soil, sediment, and groundwater remediation at the Canal
Creek Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, one of the
highest profile installations in the area of environmental
remediation.

Business
The Army Contracting Agency,
acting on behalf of the Army Environmental Command, has just
awarded another task order to Plexus under our ACSIM IDIQ contract,
a $7.9 million performance-based task order to optimize the
groundwater remediation at the Sacramento Army Depot in California.
