Raymond Fatz:  Mr. Fatz is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus.  He has more than 36 years of professional experience, including serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Environment, Safety and Occupational Health.  He has held various headquarters and field assignments in the Department of the Army, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health mandates and developing and advocating Army policies for environmental, safety, and occupational health programs in accordance with Presidential Executive orders, public laws, state and local standards, DoD directives, and the Army mission.

Phuong Truong:  Ms. Truong is the Chief Financial Officer of Plexus. She has more than 28 years of experience managing the finance and accounting, contracts and pricing, human resources, facilities and risk management, and internal IT functions for government contractors. Her primary focus while at Plexus has been on building shareholder value, driving growth, and increasing profitability by establishing a solid financial foundation and infrastructure, unblemished audit record, and strong banking relationships. Before joining Plexus, she served as the Vice President of Finance for MPRI, helping the company to become Sarbanes-Oxley compliant, and Chief Financial Officer for CMS Information Services before it was sold to CACI International. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Bell :  Mr. Bell has more than 25 years of legal experience, the last 17 of which have been directly associated with environmental legal and regulatory issues at the federal and state levels. With a JD and specialized Master of Laws in Environmental Law, Mr. Bell served Army clients first as a an attorney in the Army’s Environmental Law Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General, and then in the Army General Counsel’s office, where he served as the senior environmental attorney and principal legal advisor on environmental issues. His areas of expertise include DoD and Army regulations and policies, as well as Federal and state laws and regulations, particularly those under Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (including the NCP); Safe Drinking Water Act; Clean Water Act; Base Realignment and Closure laws; Chemical Demilitarization Program; the Formerly Used Defense Sites Program; and real property laws (sale, transfer, exchange).

Michael Reingruber:  Mr. Reingruber, Vice President of Plexus’ Business Solutions Group, and has more than 20 years of experience developing, managing, and growing commercial and Federal technology teams.  He is considered an expert in the database design discipline and is often a featured speaker at industry symposia.  He is the creator of a top selling database design entitled “The Data Modeling Handbook.”  His forte is products and services, as well as sales, development, and delivery.  He has managed information technology teams at such leading enterprises as EDS, IESC, SRA, FutureNext, and Peyton Hadley Inc.  He holds a BS in Information Systems and an MBA.

Ali Sadrieh:  Mr. Sadrieh is a Professional Engineer and Vice President of Plexus’ Environmental Services and Facilities Management Group.  He has more than 21 years of experience in environmental remediation engineering, with a strong background in environmental remediation, safety, and quality control.  He also has 10 years of successful program management experience, executing more than $75 million in remediation projects, including performance-based contracts.  He holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University, an MS degree in Geotechnical Engineering, and a BS degree in Civil Engineering.
