Plexus Scientific has assembled a dynamic group of
senior-level managers. Our top management personnel provide leadership and
oversight to ensure that client needs are fully met. They
place strong emphasis on delivering affordable, practical, and
sustainable solutions to meet the needs of the organizations that
Plexus serves.
Raymond
Fatz: Mr. Fatz is the President and
Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 36 years
of professional experience, including serving as the Deputy
Assistant Secretary of the Army for Environment, Safety and
Occupational Health. He has held various headquarters and
field assignments in the Department of the Army, ensuring
compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health
mandates and developing and advocating Army policies for
environmental, safety, and occupational health programs in
accordance with Presidential Executive Orders, public laws, state
and local standards, DoD directives, and the Army mission.
Phuong Truong: Ms. Truong is the Chief
Financial Officer. She has more than 28 years of
experience managing the finance and accounting, contracts and
pricing, human resources, facilities and risk management, and
internal IT functions for government contractors. Her primary focus
has been on building shareholder value, driving
growth, and increasing profitability by establishing a solid
financial foundation and infrastructure, unblemished audit record,
and strong banking relationships. Before joining Plexus, she served
as the Vice President of Finance for MPRI, helping the company to
become Sarbanes-Oxley compliant, and Chief Financial Officer for
CMS Information Services before it was sold to CACI International.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
David Bell: Mr. Bell, Vice President of
the Regulatory, Safety, and Strategic Consulting Group, has more than 27
years of legal experience, the last 17 of which have been directly
associated with environmental legal and regulatory issues at the
federal and state levels. With a JD and specialized Master of Laws
in Environmental Law, Mr. Bell served Army clients first as an
attorney in the Army’s Environmental Law Division, Office of
the Judge Advocate General, and then in the Army General
Counsel’s office, where he served as the senior environmental
attorney and principal legal advisor on environmental issues. His
areas of expertise include DoD and Army regulations and policies,
as well as Federal and state laws and regulations, particularly
those under Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (including
the NCP); Safe Drinking Water Act; Clean Water Act; Base
Realignment and Closure laws; Chemical Demilitarization Program;
the Formerly Used Defense Sites Program; and real property laws
(sale, transfer, exchange).
Michael McCrory: Mr. McCrory, Vice President of Plexus's Business Solutions Group, has more than 24 years of technical and management experience
in the information technology arena and has been with Plexus for eight years. As the head of BSG, he oversees the company’s IT accounts, including
product development and internal IT systems, and managing new business opportunities. He continues to function as Plexus’s Chief Technology Officer
and oversee all IT operations. As CTO, he has been an integral force behind the success of the company’s IT business.
Ali Sadrieh: Mr. Sadrieh
is a Professional Engineer and Vice President of Plexus's;
Environmental Services and Facilities Management Group. He
has more than 21 years of experience in environmental remediation
engineering, with a strong background in environmental remediation,
safety, and quality control. He also has 10 years of
successful program management experience, executing more than $75
million in remediation projects, including performance-based
contracts. He holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University,
an MS degree in Geotechnical Engineering, and a BS degree in Civil
Engineering.
